How it works

Everything you need to run your event, in five minutes of reading. Stuck anywhere? Reply to any of our emails and a human answers.

1 Create & pay (60 seconds)

  1. Hit Create an event, pick what you're celebrating, name it, choose a plan and pay.
  2. The moment payment clears you land on your event page — and the same links arrive by email, along with your Stripe receipt.
  3. Your event starts in test mode: everything works, but you confirm it before guests are invited. Nothing goes public until you say so.

2 Set up the room (5 minutes)

💡 Do a 2-minute dress rehearsal: scan the QR with your own phone, post a photo, watch it appear on the big screen. Then press Go live.

Common questions

Do my guests need to download anything?

No. Everything runs in the phone's web browser straight from the QR scan — iPhone and Android, no accounts.

What do I need at the venue?

Any screen with a web browser (smart TV, laptop + projector, even an iPad on a stand) and Wi-Fi or a phone hotspot. That's it.

Can I customize colors, games and content?

Yes — everything is editable after payment from your manage page: names, colors, which games are on, trivia questions, and more. We pre-fill it all so you can also change nothing and it just works.

What if I paid but haven't signed in?

Your purchase is safe — the links in your email always work. Signing in on the manage page permanently attaches the event to your account so you can find it from any device.

Can I get a refund?

If something went wrong or the event didn't work out, reply to your receipt email and we'll make it right.
